Who we are
D2DRecruit AI is software that helps D2D and B2C companies recruit appointment setters. When you create an account or use the service, this policy applies.
What we collect
- Account info: Your company name, email, and a securely hashed password (we never see your raw password).
- Subscription tier: Which plan you signed up for.
- Candidate data we generate for you: Names, contact info, and AI-graded notes about people sourced through our network.
- Standard server logs: Timestamps, IP addresses, and error logs to keep the service healthy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your account info with advertisers.
- We don't run analytics trackers on your portal pages.
How we use your data
- To run the recruiting engine (source, grade, interview, and deliver candidates).
- To send you account-related emails (sign-up confirmations, support replies).
- To improve the service (aggregated, anonymized usage patterns only).
Third parties we rely on
We use a small number of trusted services to run D2DRecruit AI:
- Google Gemini — to grade candidates and run chat interviews.
- Google Sheets — to deliver passed candidates to your team.
- Juicebox — to source candidate profiles.
- SMTP email provider — to send outreach emails to candidates.
- Hosting infrastructure — to keep the app running.
Data retention
We keep your account and candidate data for as long as your subscription is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove it within 30 days. Backups roll off within 90 days after that.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what data we have on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your account and your data.
To exercise any of these rights, just email us. We'll handle it within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use signed tokens. The database is encrypted at rest. We follow standard industry practices, but no service can promise 100% security — please use a strong, unique password.
Children
D2DRecruit AI is a B2B tool. It's not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
