No-Refund Policy

We want every customer to win with D2DRecruit AI — so we're upfront about how billing works before you sign up. Here's the plain-English version:
All sales are final.
Once a payment is made — whether for the one-time build-out fee or any monthly support charge — it is non-refundable.
Why we have a no-refund policy
Every plan includes immediate, real costs we incur the moment you sign up:
- Build-out fee: We start configuring your hiring engine, candidate criteria, and outreach templates as soon as you sign up. That work begins on day one and can't be undone.
- Monthly support fee: Covers the AI compute, sourcing API costs, infrastructure, and engineering hours that keep your engine running every day of the month.
What this means in practice
- One-time build-out fee: Non-refundable, no exceptions, regardless of when you cancel.
- Monthly support fee: Non-refundable for the current billing month. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current month.
- Unused capacity: If you don't use your full candidate quota in a given month, the unused portion does not roll over and is not refundable.
- Account closure: You can close your account at any time. We'll stop charging you going forward. Past charges remain non-refundable.
How to cancel
Email your account manager (or the email listed in your onboarding). We'll confirm cancellation in writing and shut off future billing immediately.
Service disruptions
If our service is materially down for an extended period and we can't restore it, we may at our sole discretion offer a service credit toward future months. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy — and it does not apply to brief outages or scheduled maintenance.
Chargebacks
Disputing a valid charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. We'd rather talk it out — please reach out before going that route.
Agreement
By creating an account and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy.
